The Veggie Mobile and Promedica Farms

ProMedica Farms and Veggie Mobile:

Hoop House

The Veggie Mobile launched in 2013 by ProMedica Bixby Hospital and the Lenawee Health Network through grant funding from the United States Department of Agriculture. Today, the mobile market is available to everyone Monday through Friday across 24 locations in Lenawee County, offering a variety of fresh and low cost produce. The Veggie Mobile sources fruits and vegetables grown from ProMedica Farms, local farmers, and producers in an effort to increase access and consumption of healthy foods.
